This Privacy Policy applies to Scripthonix Solutions Private Limited ("Scripthonix", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at A130, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201301.
This Policy covers all our platforms:

- FoundersNagri (Scripthonix.com/foundersnagri) — structured founder community

What We Collect and Why
We collect only what is necessary to deliver our services.
Scripthonix.com — Consulting Inquiries

Sessions are not video recorded. No video of any FoundersNagri session — open Founder Sessions or Roundtable Cohort sessions — is made, stored, or distributed by Scripthonix. Business information shared by founders in sessions is subject to the confidentiality obligations in our Terms of Service.
WhatsApp groups: FoundersNagri community discussions may take place on WhatsApp groups. When you join a WhatsApp group, your phone number becomes visible to all other members of that group. By joining a FoundersNagri WhatsApp group, you acknowledge and accept this. Scripthonix does not control WhatsApp's functionality or privacy settings — your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp's Privacy Policy. If you do not wish your number to be visible to other members, please do not join the WhatsApp group.
KidsNagri
KidsNagri offers offline and online K12 learning programmes, including a children's leadership programme for ages 8–14. All data is collected from and with the explicit consent of a parent or guardian. We do not collect personal data directly from children.

Parental consent: Enrolment requires explicit written consent from a parent or guardian, who consents to the collection and use of the above data for programme delivery.
Photographs and recordings: Identifying photographs or recordings will only be used for promotional purposes with separate explicit written consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
Parental rights: Parents and guardians may access, correct, or request deletion of any data we hold about their child by writing to contact@scripthonix.com. We will not share a child's data with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.
How We Collect Data

Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us deliver our services — including Razorpay, hosting providers, and analytics tools — under strict confidentiality obligations.
We may also disclose data where required by law, court order, or government authority, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

Retention periods are maximums, not minimums. We delete or anonymise data as soon as it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected, and we will always act on a valid deletion request promptly, subject to any statutory obligations.
Cookies and Analytics
We use basic analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our platforms — pages visited, time spent, and general geographic data. We do not use cookies for behavioural remarketing or targeted advertising. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews — to protect your data. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, please contact us immediately.
Your Rights

As noted above, our services are intended for users in India. If you are based outside India and have concerns about how your data is handled under your local laws, we recommend refraining from use.
International Data Transfers
Our operations are based in India. If data is transferred outside India — for example, to cloud providers with overseas servers — we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place consistent with applicable Indian law.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our platforms after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

Notification will be provided via email (where we hold your email address) or through a prominent notice on our website.
